Veronica Ann Zabala-Aliberto returned to discuss several subjects including a review of the recently concluded Space Access Society conference, Yuri's Night celebrations, the upcoming Space Investment Summit and the ISDC, plus the newly formed group Astronauts For Hire (www.astronauts4hire.org).

Guest: Chris Radcliff. Topics: SpaceUp as an unconference, a BarCamp. How to do a BarCamp and why regarding space matters. Chris Radcliff was our guest for this program to talk about the SpaceUp unconference and the model being used for SpaceUp unconferences around the country. Guest: Dr. Petra Illig. Topics: aerospace medicine, passenger health and safety, FAA, spaceflight participants, and pre-existing medical conditions. Dr. Petra Illig was our guest today to discuss with us aviation and personal spaceflight medicine from the perspective of the spaceflight participant. Our discussion started out by asking Dr. Illig to extrapolate from her body of work on aviation passenger health to the health factors concerning the spaceflight participant.

Guest: Dr. Sherry Bell. Topics: Transhumanism, space settlement, sex in space, Department of Space. Dr. Sherry Bell was our guest today to discuss the new Aerospace Technolgy Working Group (ATWG) book, "Living In Space: Cultural And Social Dynamics, Opportunities, And Challenges In Permanent Space Habitats." Dr. Bell told us about several of the chapters including a forward by Dr. Buzz Aldrin and others which separates commercial space from NASA and calls for the establishment of a cabinet level Department of Space.

Guest: Veronica Ann Zabala-Aliberto, a senior undergraduate student in the School of Earth and Space Exploration at Arizona State University, was our guest for today's Space Show program. Our discussion started by having Veronica tell us the origins of her interest in space and how she became so involved and committed as she has and you will learn during this program.

Guests: ISDC 2008 Taped Interview #1 with Robert Zimmerman, Dr. Sean Casey, David Faulkner, Reda Anderson, Dr. Haym Benaroya. The first interview features Bob Zimmerman, followed by Dr. Sean Casey with important updates for the NASA SOFIA Project, then David Faulkner who is the Program Manager and CTO for Rocketplane Global. Bob Zimmerman shares his view of the Investment Summit and several important space current events that we discussed. Reda Anderson and Dr. Benaroya were with me for these interviews and also asked questions for these featured guests.

Guest: Guillermo Sohnlein returned for this Space Show program to discuss the International Association of Space Entrepreneurs (IASE) and the Space Angels Network. Our originally scheduled guest, Charles Chafer, will be rescheduled as soon as possible. We led off with an Open Lines listener phone call about chat windows and IM on the show. I described to the listener how to use instant messenger chat to communicate with the show and also stated that we do not provide an organized group chat window.
