Theron Lutz

Theron Lutz has been interested in space exploration and electronic since a child. While he was in the Navy he was train on the operation and how to maintain of several of the Navy's guided missile systems including the standard missile, harpoon and ASROC missile system. He also received additional training in missile guidance systems including targeting radar. During he had to be on deck checking reactance of a high power targeting radar for a ships missile system. During the observation a sea gull flew across very closet o the targeting radar when it was energized at full power the sea gull appeared to be pushed away from the radar and shortly fell from the sky. At this point he realized the potential of electromagnetic radiation for the development for propulsion an as weapon it self. During the pursuant years, Mr. Lutz has studied and experimented with a variety of proposed engines that do not require reaction mass to function. During this time he has come across a number of possible solutions that should be investigated further, including the Bell device, the Hutchison Effect, Zero Point energy Production, High Voltage Gradient Electrostatic thrusters, the Bifield/Brown Effect, and the properties of certain other materials.
