Dr. Zina Jarrahi-Cinker serves as the Executive Director of the National Graphene Association. During her appointment, Dr. Jarrahi-Cinker has positioned NGA as the main organization and body in the U.S. promoting and advocating for the commercialization of graphene and addressing critical issues such as standards, policy development and grown NGA to 1400 international members and 17 corporate partners. She received her Ph.D. in the field of graphene optoelectronics and ultrafast spectroscopy at Vanderbilt and maintains a position as a visiting scientist at the department of physics and astronomy. She previously served as the CTO and founder of G.Element, a graphene application development and consulting company focused graphene-enhanced composites.
