Rodger Williams is Managing Director of Technical Publications for AIAA, overseeing the development and publication of three books series, seven technical journals, and AIAA’s aerospace standards program. He began his publishing career as an editorial assistant on the William & Mary Quarterly followed by several years as a production editor for reference collection publisher Chadwyck-Healey for collections such as the Emma Goldman Papers, the Historic American Building Survey and the Historic American Engineering Record . He has been with AIAA for 16 years primarily focused on book production and acquisition. His is a 1989 graduate of Duke University with degrees in history and zoology.

Sachdev, President of SpaceTel Consultancy and Adjunct Professor at George Mason University, along with Roger Williams, Managing Director of Technical Publications for AIAA. We started our program with Mr. Williams who was only with us for the first ten minutes of the show. Mr. Williams spoke with us about the AIAA publication effort, the categories, books, and series, plus the reviewed journals.

The John Batchelor Hotel Mars segment is always Wednesday, 6:30-6:45 PM Pacific Time.  All Hotel Mars shows are archived as Space Show programs.
