We welcomed Dr. Phil Metzger back to the program to discuss space and economic development on a very large scale. During the first segment of our one hour 47 minute program, Dr. Metzger introduced us to his big vision view based on his paper, "Space Development and Space Science Together, an Historic Opportunity." Our first segment discussion had Dr. Metzger taking us through his premise for space development furthering economic development here on Earth as well in space.
