The Space Foundation Conference

Jim Lewis is a television producer and president of Communications Concepts, Inc. and managing director of Deep Space Communications Network. Jim founded in CCI in 1978 and DSCN in January 2005. He has over 30 years professional experience in the audio visual production industry. He has produced and directed over 175 film, video and web projects for a variety of clients including government agencies, corporations, travel and leisure companies), sports, and entertainment. Entertainment programs Jim has produced include the competition reality TV series, Skating’s Next Star and the documentary film ONE GIANT LEAP – 50 years of the American Space Program. Jim's projects have won numerous awards including ADDY Awards, FMPTA Crystal Reel Awards including Best Corporate Video in the state of Florida and an Emmy for CCI's work on the John Glenn Shuttle Launch. Jim is the immediate past chairman of the Missile, Space and Range Pioneers and past chairman of the Space Coast Office of Tourist Development Council. He has chaired major fund raising events for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Hospital Foundations, Special Olympics and the American Cancer Society. I have seen this documentary and its one of the best documentaries commemorating the 50th anniversary of America in space.
