The Space Foundation Conference

Sadeh is an Aerospace professional and founder and President of Astroconsulting International. Sadeh is Editor of the academic journal Astropolitics as well as an adjunct professor, teaching courses in astrophysics, aerospace engineering, technology development, project management, and astropolitics. Sadeh has held professorships in the Center for Space Studies at the University of Colorado; College of Aerospace Sciences at the University of North Dakota; and in the Eisenhower Center for Space and Defense Studies at the U.S. Air Force Academy. Sadeh was a Systems Engineer for Lockheed Martin Space Systems working on NASA spacecraft and served as a Research Associate at George Washington University. Sadeh holds a PhD from Colorado State University.

Sadeh founded the Astropolitics Institute in 2019 with Layla Martin to promote the discipline.

Dr. Eligar Sadeh returned to The Space Show to update us on the recent National Space Forum which was held in Washington, DC. in early February 2008. Dr. Sadeh summarized most of the panels and presentations at the Forum, so we addressed U.S. space policy for the upcoming administration, U.S. space leadership and its effectiveness, space commerce, and civil space. We started the program by asking Dr. Sadeh to tell us about the upcoming "National Space Forum 2008: Space Challenges Facing The New American Administration Of 2009," which will be held Feb. 7-8, 2008 in Washington DC. This Forum is sponsored by the Center for Strategic & International Studies (CSIS) and the Eisenhower Center for Space and Defense Studies. This set of interviews includes discussion by Debra Facktor Lepore, President of Air Launch, LLC, Dr. Eligar Sadeh and his wife Chris, and Dr. Mike Gruntman, professor at USC.
