Guest: Al Reisz. Topics: space exploration, ECR space propulsion engine, space policy, Augustine, LCROSS. Al Reisz was the guest for today's Space Show program. The first segment started with a look back at some of Al's earlier work with the Saturn V and the J-2 engine. We spent some time discussing testing and the need to learn by failing in order to have success. Mr. Reisz had much to say that was important on this subject, don't miss it. This is a terrific book with lots of excellent space artwork and, in addition to providing important and useful information, it's very funny. This is a book you must have!

Guest: Alfred Zaehringer was the guest for this replay program, first on Jan. 4, 2005 and then again on April 12, 2005. During the first segment of the show from January 2005, Mr. Zaehringer focused on rocket economics, explaining in detail why it is difficult and maybe impossible to substantially lower the cost of getting to LEO, the Moon, or anywhere in space with a chemical rocket.
