Dr. Bukley has over 20 years of professional experience in defense and space systems and holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, with a specialty in Control Theory, from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. Dr. Bukley is a Professor in the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and is the Associate Dean for Research and Graduate Studies in the Russ College of Engineering and Technology at Ohio University, Athens, OH, USA.
