John Batchelor and I welcomed back Eric Berger to talk Starlink, national security concerns, range, equipment, backup systems, the recently failed lunar dust auction including three lunar dust cockroaches.  During our single session nearly 10 minute discussion, Eric updated us on the failed lunar dust auction with three cockroaches that were to have contained lunar dust. Erick talked about how possessive NASA was and still is about holding onto samples of lunar dust plus he suggested NASA would probably be more so with Martian dust samples from a government mission.  John talked about possibly getting Starlink as a backup system, I brought the localized range of the system and Eric also talked hardware, costs and availability of the system.
