John Batchelor and I welcomed back DR. JEFF FOUST, to summarize and provide us with a status report on the upcoming Starship test flight which might happen later in April.  Still pending is the FAA launch license which Jeff thought was a normal delay in a complicated process.  Jeff talked about the overall planned Starship testing program of maybe a hundred or so launches prior to putting humans on board.  Also addressed were some of the problems with the Boca launch site and Boca residents, plus a possible shift for testing and flights to the KSC pad.  This was a 9 minute 24 second segment on Hotel Mars.
