During our 11.5 minute discussion, Mr. Dinerman addressed the problems that exist in the Russian rocket industry today causing safety concerns for Soyuz crew flights to the ISS. Taylor noted the employment, pay, retention, and maintenance issues faced by the Russians as well as the risks inherent in human spaceflight. We also talked about the possibility of speeding up the human rating for the American commercial crew companies.
