John Batchelor and I welcomed back Michael Listner, noted space attorney, for this 20 minute double segment of Hotel Mars.  Our overall topic was the probable Trump space policy. In that context, we talked about options for a new administrator, both Orion and SLS, ISS longevity plans, China's space policy, civil space, commercial space, and a focus on a pragmatic policy as compared to the present more globalist policy.  Michael also commented on the planetary program and missions to the outer planets and moons.
