Jim Spellman, the founder and director of the Western Spaceport Chapter of the National Space Society and a member of the California Spaceport Authority, was the guest on The Space Show for this program. Mr. Spellman discussed the Chinese launch this evening, joining the United States and Russia as the only nations that put a human in space. All aspects of the Chinese accomplishment were discussed, including possible political and military ramifications in this country, Russia, and Europe to the Chinese launch.
