Paul Turner

Paul Turner flew jets for the USAF, then studied law, real estate planning, and the history of the law, earning his doctorate. During law school he was Director of Environmental Affairs for a local wholesale company, developing and managing one of the early recycling centers. After teaching law and economics, and winning his first appellate case, he started one of the first law seminar websites to provide approved California Bar Association continuing education credits. He is the author of two construction law books. After serving as the Educational Director of a local bar association, the author returned to the recycling field as a Recycling Specialist, collecting and analyzing data for California’s unique and successful bottles and cans program. In 2004, the author joined JP Aerospace, building experimental airships and propulsion systems for low cost access to space. The author can be contacted at LPaulTurner2050@gmail.com.
