Professor Fuller holds the Dwight Schar Faculty Chair and is University Professor at George Mason University where he has been on the faulty since 1994. He also serves is Director of the Center for Regional Analysis. Previously, he was on the faculty at George Washington University for twenty-five years, including nine as Chairman of the Department of Urban Planning and Real Estate Development. Dr. Fuller received a B.A. in Economics from Rutgers University (1962) and his Doctorate in Regional Planning and Economic Development from Cornell University (1969). He serves on the Executive Committee of ULI’s Washington District Council and on the Boards of Directors of Tompkins Builders and the Global Environment and Technology Foundation. He served on the Virginia Board of Economic Advisors for Governors Wilder, Allen, Warner, and Kaine.
