Dr. Hudgins was the former director of regulatory studies for the Cato Institute and is now the Washington Director of the Objectivist Center. He is an expert on space regulation, policy, transportation, labor, trade, and economic development. He recently had one of his major research pieces published in Forbes Magazine and the Cato Institute will soon be publishing his book, Space: The Free-Market Frontier.
