David Hartshorn

David Hartshorn has more than 20 years of experience in the satellite communications industry. He serves as Secretary General of the Global VSAT Forum (GVF), the non-profit global association of the satellite communications industry. GVF includes more than 200 member organisations from every major region. Mr. Hartshorn leads the organization's regulatory and market-development programs to facilitate the provision of satellite communications.
