Bart Leahy

Bart Leahy is a technical writer working as a NASA contractor in Huntsville, Alabama. He is the Vice President of the local chapter of the National Space Society, the Huntsville Alabama L5 Society (HAL5). He is also Chairman of the 2011 International Space Development Conference. He has been a space advocate for 14 years, where he has supported the National Space Society, Mars Foundation, and MarsDrive. His professional experience has included working for Disney, the Department of Defense, NASA, and ScienceCheerleader.com.

The first interview is with Dr. Scott Horowitz, the NASA Associate Administrator for Exploration. Dr. Horowitz was one of the keynote speakers for Friday, August 31 and in that address he did a comprehensive presentation regarding the NASA plan to take us back to the Moon and on to Mars.
