
Alfred Anzaldúa is a retired U.S. State Department diplomat and 30 plus-year veteran of space advocacy. As a U.S. Foreign Service Officer, he carried out diplomatic and science/environment work, primarily in Latin America, the Caribbean, and Washington D.C. Since leaving the State Department has authored or co-authored 40 papers and articles on space development and has held various leadership positions with the National Space Society (NSS). He continues as a member of the NSS Policy Committee, International Committee, and Board of Directors. However, the opinions he expresses on The Space Show are his own and not a reflection of NSS positions.
