John Batchelor and I welcomed George Lordos of the MIT design team to talk about their wining commercial space station design project which includes a luxury space hotel, MARINA (Managed, Reconfigurable, In-space Nodal Assembly). We also talked about the additional project Redwood Forest which was the MIT team's wining urban design. George described both projects in detail during this double Hotel Mars segment, fielding many questions from John and myself. I suggest you search these two projects regarding www.news.mit.edu for the project names for more critical information regarding both creative and exciting projects.
