Bob Werb

Bob Werb is a partner in a privately held real estate firm, RiverCrest Realty Investors since 1977. Also for 24 years was the partner in charge of commercial leasing, development and construction for the affiliated Property Management firm, RiverCrest Realty Associates. The RiverCrest companies own and manage a portfolio of shopping centers in Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and West Virginia. In addition we have a smaller portfolio of self-storage, office and garden apartment properties.

In 1988, with James Muncy and Rick Tumlinson founded the Space Frontier Foundation, an organization dedicated to opening the space frontier as rapidly as possible. Our goals include protecting the Earth’s fragile biosphere and creating a freer and more prosperous life for each generation by using the nearly unlimited energy and material resources of space. Bob has served several terms as Chairman of the Board and several more Treasurer.

Now mostly retired, Bob and his wife Lori spend much of their time aboard their beloved sailboat, which is currently in Spain.
