Chris practices legislative and regulatory advocacy before the California State Legislature and Departments and agencies of the executive branch of government. He is an experienced trade association advocate specializing in education issues, air quality issues, transportation issues, and local, state and federal environmental law. Chris is also experienced in professional association management and has served as the assistant executive director to two national organizations.
