Terry McNeeley & Bruce Behrhorst
Terry McNeeley is the founder and site owner of www.nuclearspace.com, a website dedicated to teaching, discussing, and explaining nuclear power options for space travel, development, and exploration. Mr. McNeeley grew up in the '60s when the manned space program was exciting people and it certainly did the job on Terry McNeeley. His imagination was captured and his commitment to space was sealed Mr. McNeeley is also an instructional design specialist at Central Missouri State University. Bruce Behrhorst is a staff writer for nuclearspace.com and has assisted in the formation of the NPO Nuclear Space Technology Institute (NSTI). The vision of the NSTI is to provide education of and enhance interest in space nuclear power and propulsion technology through education, information, promoting, and otherwise advancing the use of atomic energy for the exploration of space. NSTI wants to reach the public at large, the scientific community, educational inst8itutions and space advocacy organizations. Through NSTI, Bruce and Terry are working on the Space Nuclear Technology Film Project which is a one hour documentary entitled "Bridging the heavens with nuclear thread."
